Farjad Khan is a Senior Associate in the litigation team. He practices range of various contentious matters including but not limited to civil disputes, property matters, taxation, insurance and criminal matters. Farjad has particular expertise in property, rent laws and FIA related criminal trials and has litigated in multiple noteworthy disputes before the Hon’ble High and District Court.
