Iftikhar is a Senior Associate in the corporate team. Iftikhar has particular expertise in real estate and property matters, including conventional and Islamic financing, banks’ and companies’ legal audits, advising on property acquisitions, property sale purchase transactions, rendering opinions on day to day corporate and commercial matters such as compliance with regulatory authorities, guardianship, bank guarantees, Insurance, levy of stamp duty, registration of documents, incorporation of companies and legal due diligence for several leading Pakistani companies.

Iftikhar has a range of experience in drafting, vetting of bilateral and syndicate financing documents, security / mortgage documents, sale / purchase, lease / tenancy agreements, deeds, rendering all type of property opinions, he also dealt with Government of Sindh’s public procurement projects via public private partnership.
