Omer Saleem Memon is a partner at the firm and mainly advises clients on dispute resolution proceedings. He regularly appears before the High Courts and assists the senior litigation partner in matters before the Supreme Court. He has also represented clients before the District & Sessions Court, Banking Courts, the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, Customs Tribunal, Insurance Tribunal, Environmental Protection Tribunal, National Industrial Relations Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Before joining Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. (MTC), he worked as a senior Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette.
