Sanaa is a Senior Associate in the corporate team. She specializes in banking and finance related matters. Sanaa has particular expertise in corporate financing and was part of the team that handled the PKR 200 billion Sukuk Issue of Power Holding Limited for the purposes of settling the circular debt crisis within the power sector of Pakistan.

Sanaa has a range of experience in drafting finance documents, drafting and vetting of corporate agreements, working on due diligence projects, conducting research and rendering opinions.
