Shanzeh is an Associate in the Corporate team. She is involved in a range of legal matters including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, corporate financing, and foreign exchange regulations. She was part of the team that handled the setting up of two of Pakistan’s digital retail banks.

Shanzeh has a range of experience in advising on compliance related matters, conducting legal research, opinions, and drafting and vetting agreements.
