MTC Advised Systems Limited On Acquisition Of National Data Consultancy Group

The Firm was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the acquisition of 100% (one hundred percent) of the issued and paid up share capital of National Data Consultancy Group (comprising NDC Pakistan, NDC Singapore and NDC FZC) by Systems Limited.
