MTC Engaged For PKR 3.1 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Air Link Communication Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the second issuance of rated, privately placed, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Air Link Communication Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 3,120,000,000 (Pak Rupees Three Billion One Hundred Twenty Million), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Issue Agent and the Investment Agent.
