Areeba is an Associate in the Corporate team. She is involved in a range of legal matters including advising on regulatory compliance for companies and foreign exchange regulations. She has expertise in filings and registrations with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and was part of the team that handled the incorporation and licensing of Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Limited.

Areeba has a range of experience in legal research, due diligence, opinions and drafting and vetting of agreements.
