Hiba Imam has been an associate in the firm since May, 2022. Her practice in the firm focuses on a range of general corporate advisory, regulatory and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, banking, finance and succession matters. She also often assists the Partners and Senior Associates in research on various matters.

Hiba has a range of experience in conducting legal research, opinions, due diligence projects, drafting and vetting of agreements and other corporate related matters.
