Kamil has been an Associate in the Corporate team since 2019. He is involved in a range of legal matters with particular expertise in transactions involving corporate financing, restructuring, project financing and syndicate financing, both in conventional form and shariah compliant structures. Kamil was part of the team that handled the development of the first electronic bank guarantee solution in Pakistan by assisting Engro Fertilizers Limited and MCB Bank Limited on the relevant legal framework, drafting the requisite agreements and advising on the operational structure.

Kamil has a range of experience in legal research, opinions, due diligence projects and drafting and vetting of agreements, particularly distribution agreements, finance agreements and security documents.
