Sajid has been associated with the firm since 2013. His primary experience relates to corporate and commercial law including incorporation of companies and matters relating thereto, not-for-profit organizations; general corporate and commercial transactional assignment including drafting of contracts, rendering opinions, due diligence projects, intellectual property including advising on trademark and copyright law matters, preparation, processing applications, oppositions, infringements and other related matters; expertise catering to the acquisition of property and conveyance, sale / acquisition of properties under bankruptcy, vetting of property documents and rendering property mortgage opinions, drafting of deeds and documents and registration thereof with the sub-registrars, mutation/transfer with the relevant authorities, forming up of trusts and registration thereof.

Sajid appears before the sub-ordinate courts relating to succession matters, family matters and rent cases.
