Mehreen Manto has over 25 years corporate and banking law experience and independently handles transactions involving acquisitions/acquisition financings, asset financings, corporate syndications, privatization transactions, bond (TFC) Issues and other corporate assignments involving advising on and review and drafting of complex documentation relating to finance and banking products and transactions. She has substantial experience in handling complex project financing transactions for banks and other corporates. She is also involved in rendering legal advice/opinions on commercial, banking, corporate and other legal issues.
