Neha is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team and has over 17 years’ experience in corporate, commercial and financial law matters. Neha specializes in securities law as well as corporate and banking matters involving debt and equity financing, acquisitions, Term Finance Certificate (Bond) Issues and Joint Ventures. Neha also regularly advises the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on various legal matters.
