Saad Amir is an Associate Partner at MTC’s Lahore office. He holds a Bachelors in Law from the University of London, and a Masters in Law from King’s College London, with a focus on Constitutional Law. He is licensed to practice in the High Courts of Pakistan.
Saad has a breadth of experience in areas ranging from constitutional, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory and media and information law, to urban planning and environmental law. He has over the years rendered legal services to business entities, public bodies, regulators and not-for-profit organisations, encompassing litigation, transactional and advisory engagements.
Saad is currently an adjunct faculty member at the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at LUMS.
