Saleem is an associate in the property team. He specializes in real estate transactions. He has particular expertise in security creation and perfection, and was part of the team that handled PKR 2 billion transaction pertaining to execution and registration of conveyance deed between a leading bank and beverage manufacturing company and was also part of the team that conducted due diligence and rendered opinions for the Lahore Ring Road Project.
Saleem has a range of experience in rendering opinions, due diligence of title for acquisition/encumbrances, due diligence of records and drafting of property instruments, advising on litigation matters, and representing clients in courts and in front of revenue authorities.
