Sara is a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate team. Her key practice areas include corporate and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, long-term and short-term conventional and Islamic finance, competition, short term debt instruments, employment and labour law, and foreign exchange regulation. She is routinely involved in advising on compliance related matters as well as drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts for debt and equity matters. In addition, she regularly liaises with international law firms to review and advise on the impact of the relevant laws of Pakistan on business activities intended to be carried out by international clients.
