MTC Acts as Transaction Legal Counsel For PKR 10 Billion Finance Facility Being Availed by U Microfinance Bank Limited From Bank Alfalah Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. had been engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the finance facility in the amount of up to PKR 10,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Ten Billion) being availed by U Microfinance Bank Limited from Bank Alfalah Limited.
