MTC Acts For Pfizer In Completion Of Asset Sale

Since October 2023, Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. has been representing Pfizer Pakistan and Pfizer Inc. in the sale of:

1. Its manufacturing business of and licenses to market and sell a collection of Pfizer Pakistan Limited / Pfizer Inc. branded product assets; and
2. Its manufacturing facility is located in B2 SITE, Karachi and operational assets.

On May 17, 2024, the relevant Pfizer entities signed Asset Purchase Agreements with Lucky Core Industries Limited (LCI).

Having completed various closing formalities, the relevant Pfizer entities and LCI signed the closing documents at MTC’s Karachi office on September 6, 2024 for completion of the asset sale.
