MTC Advised Lucky Core Industries on Sale of Shares in Nutrico Moringa

The Firm was appointed as sell-side transaction legal counsel with respect to the sale of approximately 33.3% of the paid-up share capital of Nutrico Morinaga (Private) Limited by Lucky Core Industries Limited (Formerly ICI Pakistan Limited) and certain other shareholders to Morinaga Milk Industry Co. Ltd.
