The firm was engaged as counsel to a consortium of Anchor Investors including Habib Bank Limited, Askari Bank Limited, The Bank of Punjab and Bank Alfalah Limited for their investment in TPL REIT FUND 1. TPL REIT FUND 1 is owned and operated by TPL REIT Management Company Limited.

The Firm’s scope of work included advising on the structuring of the transaction and identifying the critical issues and review of the transaction documents.
