MTC Advises K-Electric On Project Financing For Development Of Transmission And Distribution Assets

MTC advised K-Elecrtric Limited on this transaction involving a syndicated foreign currency project financing facility by, inter alios, Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO) for the development of certain transmission and distribution assets, to be used to reduce network losses, increase connections and improve safety in respect of K-Electric Limited.
