MTC advises on NTDC’s 275km transmission line

The transaction involved the financing for construction of a 275 KM transmission line by the National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited for evacuation of power from 2×660 MW Thar coal-based Shanghai Electric Power Plant (SSRL/SECL) located at Thar, Sindh to Matiari switching station along with construction of two line bays with shunt reactor banks with an estimated project cost of PKR 21,783,000,000 (Pak Rupees Twenty One Billion Seven Hundred and Eighty Three Million).
