MTC Engaged for Establishment of Exchange Company of Bank AL Habib Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as the legal advisor in respect of the establishment of an exchange company, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank AL Habib Limited.

The Firm’s scope of work involved end to end advisory, including in respect of incorporation of the exchange company and assisting with obtaining permission and license from the State Bank of Pakistan.
