MTC Engaged for PKR 5 Bilion Sukuk Issue of K-Electric Limited (Sukuk 25)

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as the transaction legal counsel with respect to the issuance of rated, unsecured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by K-Electric Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 5,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Five Billion) (Sukuk 25), for which purpose Faysal Bank Limited was appointed as the Issue Agent and the Investment Agent.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
