MTC Engaged For Samba Bank Merger

With respect to the merger of Samba Financial Group (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the sponsor shareholder of Samba Bank Limited, with and into the National Commercial Bank (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), our firm assisted on the Pakistani leg of the transaction. The merged entity is now known as the Saudi National Bank.
The Firm’s scope of work included (i) advising on the relevant legal framework; (ii) structuring, drafting, negotiating and each step of the acquisition; and (iii) applications, filings and registrations with various regulatory bodies
