PKR 15 Billion Sukuk Issue of Jazz Granted Euromoney Islamic Finance Award for Best Sukuk Deal in Pakistan

The PKR 15 Billion Sukuk Issue of Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Jazz), for which Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel, is the first Sukuk in the modular cellular operator segment in Pakistan.

This Sukuk issue has been recognized as the best Sukuk deal in Pakistan in the Euromoney Islamic Finance Awards, 2024.
