MTC Engaged For PKR 1.5 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Citi Pharma Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the first issuance of rated, privately placed, unsecured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Citi Pharma Limited in the aggregate amount of 1,500,000,000 (Pak Rupees One Billion Five Hundred Million), for which purpose Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Musharaka Agent, Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor and Topline Securities Limited was mandated as the Lead Advisor and Arranger.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
