PKR 13.5 Billion Islamic Facility Availed By Jazz From MBL

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the Islamic finance facility in the amount of up to PKR 13,500,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Thirteen Billion Five Hundred Million) being availed by Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Jazz) from Meezan Bank Limited for the purposes of financing Jazz’s funding requirements, including but not limited to capital expenditure, license related payments, and general corporate payments.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope bank side advisory.
