MTC Advises Systems Limited On Its Acquisition Of British American Tobacco

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. is pleased to announce that it has advised Systems Limited on the successful acquisition of 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of British American Tobacco SAA Services (Private) Limited from British American Tobacco International Holdings (UK) Limited, including its nominee Powhattan Limited.

This strategic acquisition was approved by Systems Limited’s Board on July 29, 2025 and marks a key milestone in the company’s continued expansion into the business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT-enabled shared services space.

In parallel with the acquisition, Techvista Systems FZ LLC (an associated company of Systems Limited, incorporated in the UAE) has entered into a multi-year Master Services Agreement with Accenture (UK) Limited for the provision of AI-powered global shared services to be delivered through the target company as sub-contractor. This positions the group to significantly scale its global BPO capabilities in collaboration with one of the world’s leading consulting firms.
