PKR 20 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Engro Fertilizers Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the second short term sukuk issue of Engro Fertilizers Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 20,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Twenty Billion), for which purpose Askari Bank Limited was the sole Mandated Lead Advisor and Arranger, Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Musharaka Agent and the Investment Agent and Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited was appointed as the Shariah advisor.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
