PKR 2.5 Billion Long-term Sukuk Issue Of Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the issuance of rated, privately placed, secured, long-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 2,500,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Two Billion Five Hundred Million), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Issue Agent, Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor, Arif Habib Limited was the Lead Advisor & Arranger and Integrated Equities Limited was the Consultant to the Issue.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
