PKR 4 Billion Short-term Sukuk Issue Of Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the second issuance of rated, privately placed, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 4,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Four Billion), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Musharaka Agent and Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor.
