PKR 25 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Engro Fertilizers Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the third short term sukuk issue of Engro Fertilizers Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 25,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Twenty Five Billion), for which purpose United Bank Limited was the Mandated Lead Advisor and Arranger, Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Musharaka Agent and the Investment Agent and Meezan Bank Limited was appointed as the Shariah advisor.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
