IHC Dismisses Writ Petition Against Firm’s Client

Last month, Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. successfully represented its client, The Resource Group International Limited, in a Writ Petition before the Islamabad High Court.

Minority shareholders collectively holding 0.3% shares in TRG Pakistan Limited had obtained an interim injunction against a $55 million inflow into Pakistan from Greentree Holdings for the purchase of TRG Pakistan Limited shares through a Public Offer.

After hearing our arguments, the Hon’ble Islamabad High Court was pleased to vacate the interim injunction and dismiss the petition altogether.
