MTC acts for BAFL in divestment of its entire shareholding in Alfalah Securities

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. is pleased to announce that it has advised Bank Alfalah Limited on the successful divestment of its entire shareholding, constituting 95.59% of the issued and paid-up share capital, in Alfalah Securities (Private) Limited to Optimus Capital Management (Private) Limited.

This transaction marks a significant milestone in Bank Alfalah’s corporate strategy and was completed on April 30, 2025, in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
