MTC Advises TCS Group On Its Strategic Partnership With NX

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. is delighted to have advised TCS Group on its strategic partnership with Nippon Express Group, under which Nippon Express (South Asia and Oceania) Pte Ltd has acquired a minority stake in TCS Logistics (Pvt) Limited.

This transaction marks a significant foreign investment in Pakistan’s logistics sector and reflects growing international confidence in the country’s market potential. The partnership combines TCS Logistics’ extensive nationwide network with Nippon Express Group’s global presence across more than 50 countries, strengthening trade connectivity and enabling enhanced access to international markets for Pakistani businesses and consumers.

Our role involved advising on structuring, documentation, negotiations, securing regulatory approvals and closing, working closely with TCS and Nippon Express to ensure seamless execution.
