PKR 1 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Beacon Impex (Private) Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the issuance of rated, privately placed, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Beacon Impex (Private) Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 1,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees One Billion), for which purpose Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Musharaka Agent, Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor and Integrated Equities Limited was the Mandated Lead Advisor & Arranger.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
