PKR 15 Billion Islamic Facility Availed By Jazz From FBL

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the Islamic finance facility in the amount of up to PKR 15,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Fifteen Billion) being availed by Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Jazz) from Faysal Bank Limited for the purposes of financing Jazz’s funding requirements, including but not limited to capital expenditure, license related payments, and general corporate payments.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope bank side advisory.
