Public-Private Partnership For Outsourcing Of School

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as legal counsel for Tyms Education (Private) Limited (the “Client”) in relation to its tender for outsourcing a Pakistan Railways (“PR”) school for 30 (thirty) years (the “Project”) on the basis of a public private partnership between the Client and PR.

The Firm’s scope of work including full scope legal advisory in relation to the Project including but not limited to advising on the required consents, reviewing the bid documents and drafting and negotiating the concession agreement and escrow agreements.
