USD 60 Million Loan To Be Availed By Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited From IFC

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. is acting as Pakistani legal counsel on behalf of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (the “Borrower”), in relation to the loan in the aggregate amount of up to USD 6,000,000/- (United States Dollars Six Million) to availed by the Borrower from International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The Firm’s scope of work includes full scope Borrower side advisory.
