Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. continues to act as transaction legal counsel with respect to the series of rated, privately placed, secured, short-term, Shariah Complaint Sukuk Certificates issued by Air Link Communication Limited and has recently advised on 3 (three) separate Sukuk Issues in the aggregate amount of PKR 9,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Nine Billion), for which purpose The Bank of Punjab was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Issue Agent, Meezan Bank Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor and The Bank of Punjab was the Mandated Lead Advisor & Arranger.

• STS 9 closed in February 2026 for an aggregate amount of PKR 3 Billion
• STS 10 closed in March 2026 for an aggregate amount of PKR 2 Billion
• STS 11 closed in April 2026 for an aggregate amount of PKR 4 Billion
