MTC acts as Transaction Legal Counsel for the Issuance of Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates By JDW Sugar Mills Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. had been engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the issuance of rated, unsecured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by JDW Sugar Mills Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 8,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Eight Billion).
