MTC Advises On IPO Of Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gasses Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the initial public offering (“IPO”) of Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Limited (the “Company”), for which purpose Habib Bank Limited and KTrade Securities Limited acted as joint financial advisors.

The IPO comprised the issuance of 58,049,541 new ordinary shares of the Company at a strike price of PKR 33/- per share, i.e. a total transaction value of PKR 1,915,634,853/- (Pak Rupees One Billion Nine Hundred Fifteen Million Six Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three).
