MTC Advises Pakistan Stock Exchange on Corporate Restructuring

The Firm has been engaged as the transaction legal counsel with respect to the corporate restructuring of the assets of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) by way of which the real estate undertaking of PSX shall be demerged from PSX  and the same shall be merged with and into PSX’s wholly owned subsidiary.
