MTC Engaged By ABL And Others For TFC Issuance

The Firm was engaged as transaction legal counsel for the issuance of redeemable capital in the form of Term Finance Certificates by Orix Leasing Pakistan Limited in the aggregate face value of up to PKR 3,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Three Billion), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Issue Agent.

The Firm’s scope of work includes full scope lender side advisory. MTC’s team included Mikael Rahim, Laraib Saba Turk and Ifrah Arshad.
