MTC Engaged for PKR 1.5 Billion Sukuk Issue of OBS Pharma (Private) Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as the transaction legal counsel with respect to the issuance of rated, privately placed, unlisted, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by OBS Pharma (Private) Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 1,500,000,000/- (Pak Rupees One Billion Five Hundred Million), for which purpose The Bank of Punjab was appointed as the Issue Agent and the Investment Agent.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
