MTC Engaged For PKR 4 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Select Technologies (Private) Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the first issuance of rated, privately placed, unlisted, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Select Technologies (Private) Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 4,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Four Billion), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Issue Agent and the Investment Agent.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
