MTC Engaged For PKR 5 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Ismail Industries Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. was engaged as transaction legal counsel with respect to the third issuance of rated, privately placed, unsecured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Ismail Industries Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 5,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Five Billion), for which purpose Pak Oman Investment Company Limited was appointed as the Issue Agent and the Investment Agent.

The Firm’s scope of work included full scope investor side advisory.
