PKR 3.5 Billion Sukuk Issue Of Air Link Communication Limited

Mohsin Tayebaly & Co. acted as transaction legal counsel with respect to the seventh issuance of rated, privately placed, secured, short-term, Shariah Compliant Sukuk Certificates by Air Link Communication Limited in the aggregate amount of PKR 3,500,000,000 (Pak Rupees Three Billion Five Hundred Million), for which purpose The Bank of Punjab was appointed as the Investment Agent and the Issue Agent, Meezan Bank Limited acted as the Shariah Advisor and The Bank of Punjab was the Mandated Lead Advisor and Arranger.
