Transfer of shareholding in Qalandar’s parent company stayed

MTC appeared on behalf of Qatar Lubricants and Mr. Fawad Rana in this matter pertaining to the transfer of shareholding in Kausar Rana Resources Private Limited (KRR). KRR is the novated company that operates the Pakistan Super League franchise – Lahore Qalandars.

The Lahore High Court was pleased to pass an order directing status quo to be maintained with regards to the shareholding of Kausar Rana Resources Private Limited.
